I am a freshman at the University of Oregon in the Journalism school. I love reading and writing, but I stay busy enough that there isn’t always time to write my own stuff. I am currently frustrated by the fact that my hometown has no library system, which considerably restricts the flow of literature. I would like to be a published author some day. Any and all constructive criticisms are not only welcome but greatly appreciated. I also find writing about myself incredibly awkward. So we’re done here.

By the way, I found out that if you take your iPod out in below 20 degree weather, the battery gets tired and after awhile won’t play anything. So I bought a battery repair kit and repaired the whole thing myself! Even my roommate was impressed that I didn’t break it. So here’s their advertisement spiel:

Need some iPod batteries from a great company? Start at ipodjuice.com!

Being the poor college student that I am I posted this link so that I will get $10 back on my repair kit. So if you don’t have an iPod or your battery functions normally, just ignore this whole paragraph.

Except you already read it.
